A Peek into Nolly

ITVX has released a preview clip of their forthcoming Noele Gordon drama Nolly and it looks amazing!

The three-part drama that will also later next year air on ITV1 looks at the rise and fall of the Crossroads star who played for nearly 20 years the motel owner Meg Richardson/Mortimer. In the clip, we see the dramatic recreation – with some artistic licence – of the moment Noele spoke to the press about her sacking from the soap and a show she adored.

Written by Russell T Davies the drama stars Helena Bonham Carter as Noele who has perfected Nolly’s mannerisms and speech pattern for the part. The hour-long episodes are expected to be available on ITVX in January.
